Free Coaching of German language level A1
In the fees, it’s including one time German A1 level coaching which has approx. 1.5 to 2 months courses and after completing the course, every candidate need to apply for Goethe examination so examination fees is not including with this service
It’s compulsory for every student who want to study in Germany so after getting admission, our team will apply for block account online approved by German Embassy.
We will pay you one time visa fees which is mentioned in your visa submission receipt so first you need to pay then we will revert back that amount after submitting us the receipt
Visa file process/ Strong visa assistance
Making a visa file is very important task and that’s why we prepare this in our office so student need to come with all original documents then we will make visa document set as per the checklist given by German Embassy and it’s candidate’s responsibility to check and verify all mention documents in the checklist
Book visa appointment in VFS Global / Consulate
If candidate have confirm admission then your file will be submitted into your nearest VFS but if you have conditional admission then you need to go to your nearest German Consulate so for that you need to book an appointment which we will take for you
Interview Preparation / Visa Training & practice
As we mentioned above, if you have conditional admission then you need to submit your file at German Consulate and in this case, they may take your interview so we will give you some questions for your preparation which help you go through this interview and our executives will take training which have approx. 1 week
After your visa approval, we will give you forex card for free so you can deposit your carry Euro into this card
At the time of visa submission, you also need to put travel insurance for up-to 3 months so we will provide this. This travel insurance can be from Indian company or German company
After your arrival into Germany, our representative picks you up from the airport and helps to reach your final destination city
At the time of application, we also apply for accommodation in the university dormitory but in some cases, due to long waiting you may put in waiting list so at that time, we need to find accommodation outside from the campus so sometimes you need to stay some days in the hotel to get the accommodation
It’s our value added services in which we will help to our students to get part-time job in their city so in this service, first students need to send us their work permit letter and TRP card copy after that we will give them list of the companies which may provide you part-time job and in this case, they may check your German proficiency and upon this there will be chance to get the job.
Help in applying for internship
courses, internship is a part of your curriculum so If you would like to apply for internship then before 1 month, you need to send us an email for preparing the applications and in this case, you must send us your work permit letter, latest transcript, TRP card and university enrollment certificate so after receive these, we will prepare your documents and we will start applications with looping you and we will do application about 15-20 and teach you how to do so after that it’s your part to continue these application and whenever you need any help then we will help you for that. It doesn’t mean we will do all applications until you get your internship.
Help to provide a platform in preparing Master thesis
All master courses have master thesis compulsory as a part of curriculum and without completing thesis, university don’t award your degree certificate so If you would like to apply for thesis then before 1 month, you need to send us an email for preparing the applications and in this case, you must send us your work permit letter, latest transcript, TRP card and university enrollment certificate so after receive these, we will prepare your documents and we will start applications with looping you and we will do applications about 15-20 and teach you how to do so after that it’s your responsibility to continue these applications and whenever you need any help then we will help you for that. It doesn’t mean we will do all applications until you get your master thesis.
Universities application (10-12 Uni)
We always try to apply maximum universities so that student have choices so in this consultancy fees, we will apply maximum 12 applications so if student would like to apply more than 12 then 3000 per application charges bear by candidate before application started and after 12 applications, if there will be any application fees then it will also paid by candidate. The consultancy fees include uto 12 applications for only one intake so if you want to continue your applications for next intake then per application 3000 INR charges apply (excluding application fees if any)
