STIPEND STRUCTURE

Typically, it ranges from around €1200 to €2,000 per month. Additionally, some companies may even cover tuition fees as part of the program. What is E-Step?

In Germany, the education system follows a 10+3 structure, whereas in India, it is 10+2. To bridge this gap, students must complete a one-year E-Step program in Germany.

After successfully completing E-Step, students can choose from multiple pathways:

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Universities, where education is free (available in both English & German medium).

Dual Studies – A blend of academic learning and practical work experience.

Ausbildung Program – A structured vocational training program.
